Priyanka Chopra's spokesperson has released a statement saying that the actress has not sued fraudster Nirav Modi
Bollywood is facing is yet another scandal. This time famous Diamond czar Nirav Modi has been caught doing fraudulent transactions. The jewellery designer had several trysts with Bollywood celebrities and these allegations have opened a pandora's box. Just as it hit the headlines that Sidharth Malhotra, who had endorsed the celebrity designer's jewellery brand, has cut all ties with him, Priyanka Chopra has supposedly sued Nirav Modi.

According to a report in Economic Times actor Priyanka Chopra, the global brand ambassador of Nirav Modi diamond jewellery house, sued the designer's company for defrauding her and not paying her for an ad campaign. However, the Quantico star's spokesperson has an official statement denying such 'suing rumours'. This is what the statement reads, "A spokesperson for Priyanka Chopra said: "There are speculative reports that Priyanka Chopra has sued Nirav Modi. This is not true. However, she is currently seeking legal opinion with respect to terminating her contract with the brand in light of allegations of financial fraud against Nirav Modi."
