Yash Raj Films chose to reveal the star cast of the film through videos shared on social media.

Though the actress did a Tamil film 'Aaha Kalyanam' (2014), she has been missing from the Bollywood scene.
This would be the first time Aditya will direct a film in&nbsp;seven years and without superstar-friend Shah Rukh Khan, the leading star of his directorial previous ventures--"Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayeinge", "Mohabbatein" and "Rab Ne Bana&nbsp;Di Jodi".

Aditya Chopra has shared earlier that 'Befikre' will "probably not" have the potential to be as successful as his earlier films -- including 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' and 'Mohabbatein' -- but has admitted that he absolutely loves it.
The film's tagline reads - "Those who dare to love", indicating that love will be a core element in Aditya's new film.
'Befikre' was announced by Aditya in a special note on father Yash Chopra's 83rd birth anniversary on September 27.
