Wedding bells for Bastian Schweinsteiger and Ana Ivanovic in December?
Manchester United's German footballer could tie the knot soon with Serbian tennis ace this December, claims report in Serbian newspaper; wedding reported to take place in Manchester
Ana Ivanovic and Manchester United footballer Bastian Schweinsteiger could tie the knot soon if media reports in the tennis ace's country are to be believed. According to Serbian daily Blic, the wedding will take place in December in Manchester.

The daily also reported that while the couple don't favour a church wedding, it has already started planning for the big day. "Ana and Bastian got engaged in July, their first relationship anniversary will be celebrated in September, and they will make it official at the end of the year.
The wedding will be organised in Manchester, and the celebration will be moved to Belgrade and Munich sometime around Christmas," a source told the newspaper.
Ivanovic and Schweinsteiger, who have been in an on-and-off relationship ever since a picture of the couple holding hands and strolling in New York was published in September last year, were rumoured to have gotten married back in May this year.
While both refused to comment on the speculation, Ivanovic was spotted sporting a ring on her ring finger at this year's pre-Wimbledon party in London, sparking off rumours that she was engaged to the midfielder. The footballer was then spotted cheering her from the stands at her matches, before she was ousted in the second round by Bethanie Mattek-Sands.
The marriage will go a long way to ending the constant speculation about the pair's relationship. In September-October last year, Schweinsteiger reportedly dumped Ivanovic to get back to his former girlfriend model Sarah Brandner.
However, for Ivanovic's 27th birthday in November, Schweinsteiger flew in to Belgrade to be by her side. It was reported that Schweinsteiger wanted to ensure that the visit was discreet.
The 30-year-old footballer along with his Bayern teammates was then seen attending a party thrown by Ivanovic in February this year in Munich giving strong indication that he was indeed in a relationship with the tennis player.
He also proudly displayed the Serbian player's national flag on his football boots, and continues to do so. Ivanovic has reportedly dated a number of athletes in the past including Spanish tennis player Fernando Verdasco and Australian golfer Adam Scott. Schweinsteiger, meanwhile, was involved in a relationship with Brandner since 2007.
