Fashion is at its most exciting when it surprises. At the JD Design Awards 2026, one of the evening's most talked-about collaborations came from an unexpected pairing-premium luxury brand <a href="https://www.aadvikcrystals.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Aadvik Crystals</a> and a couture collection inspired by India's timeless mythology.
Moving beyond jewellery and home d&eacute;cor, Aadvik Crystals transformed natural crystal formations into sculptural runway pieces, proving that crystals can be as much a part of high fashion as they are of luxury living.
The collaboration accompanied a collection inspired by the eternal love stories, where flowing silhouettes met striking crystal specimens including Pyrite Towers and Labradorite Geodes. Rather than serving as accessories, the crystals became an extension of the garments, adding depth, symbolism and visual drama to the runway.
The collaboration was facilitated by The Charter, led by Founder Devarsh Saraf, in association with Rinesh Dalal, Director at JD Institute of Fashion Technology, bringing together fashion, creativity and premium brand storytelling at the JD Design Awards 2026.

For Tushar Rothe, Founder of <a href="https://www.aadvikcrystals.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Aadvik Crystals</a>, the collaboration represented a natural extension of the brand's philosophy.
"We've always believed that crystals deserve to be appreciated beyond their traditional role. They are masterpieces shaped by the Earth over millions of years. Presenting them on a fashion runway allowed us to celebrate them as objects of art, craftsmanship and timeless luxury," he says.

A memorable highlight of the evening saw Tushar Rothe joining the designers and the show's showstopper on the runway, celebrating the successful partnership between fashion and luxury craftsmanship.
The presentation was also recognised with the Best Brand Integration Award, acknowledging the creative way in which the brand became part of the runway narrative rather than simply appearing alongside it.
Behind the collaboration were designers Harshita Gupta and Prachi Rawal, whose vision blended contemporary couture with India's rich cultural heritage. Together with Aadvik Crystals, they created a presentation where fashion, storytelling and natural artistry came together seamlessly.
