Ranbir Kapoor is adding another rental income stream to his real estate portfolio, with his luxury apartment in Pune’s Trump Towers reportedly leased for a starting monthly rent of Rs 4.63 lakh. The three-year agreement is expected to generate approximately Rs 1.75 crore in rental income, with the amount increasing each year. According to Business Standard, which reported details from property registration documents accessed by real estate data firm CRE Matrix, the agreement was registered on October 6, 2026. The deal highlights how premium residential properties can become income-generating assets for high-profile investors. 

Ranbir Kapoor’s Pune apartment to generate Rs 1.75 crore

The apartment is located in Trump Towers in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar-Yerwada area. Spanning approximately 6,094 square feet, the residence also comes with three covered parking spaces. The agreement runs from September 20, 2026, to September 19, 2029. The monthly rent starts at Rs 4,63,050 and will increase by 5% annually. The rental structure means the monthly payment will rise to around Rs 4.86 lakh in the second year and Rs 5.11 lakh in the third. The tenant has also paid a security deposit of Rs 27.78 lakh, equivalent to six months of the initial rent.
