Apparently, the South superstar will do a cameo in the music video being shot for the popular song For a song that seems to have become the youth anthem of the nation, we'd think Kolaveri has nailed every possible way to reach out to the world. But there's one thing this Dhanush song is yet to achieve the approval of his father-in-law, the Boss. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/dec/Dhanush.jpg" border="5" /> Dhanush And in true Rajni style, the South superstar will apparently congratulate the team by doing a little cameo in the new Kolaveri video that will be part of their film 3. Says a source, "Rajnikanth has loved Kolaveri and is clearly very happy and proud of the recognition the song is receiving. Now Aishwarya and Dhanush have requested him to do a special appearance in the film and most likely he will be doing it." Apparently, the first time he heard the song, he burst out laughing, because the lyrics did not make much sense. Singer/actor Dhanush says, "The language in Kolaveri is like no other song, and it has somehow become the USP. We are shooting three different videos for the song, some time in December. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/dec/rajni.jpg" border="5" /> Rajnikanth We're looking at videoes that capture the mood of the song right now." Ask him about Rajnikanth being part of the song and he adds, "We'd only love it if he's part of everything we do." Interestingly, Dhanush's latest release Mayakkam Enna has been receiving good commercial acclaim and it wouldn't be wrong to credit the Kolaveri craze for it. Adds Dhanush, "I think the song isn't meant to be taken so seriously, we must just hum along, and that's all." However Rajnikanth is apparently reveling in the fact that his daughter's directorial debut is already creating much buzz. Says the source, "He is still resting in Chennai and these days he is highly preoccupied with his grandkids. They happily dance to Kolaveri too!" Overheard Till he recuperates completely, Ranjikanth is apparently going to devote all his time to his daughters' films. Apart from 3, his younger daughter Soundarya Rajnikanth recently announced her directorial debut Kochadaiyaan, a 3D animation film with the South superstar.
