Did Sonam Kapoor take a dig at Deepika Padukone?

Sonam Kapoor is known to speak her mind especially when it has something to do about a certain Deepika Padukone. In a recent interview, Sonam declared that she would never publicise that she will start doing social service this year. She feels it is classless and lacks integrity. So why did Sonam make such a statement out of the blue? Just a few days back, Deepika had tweeted that she will be supporting the cause of mental health awareness in 2015. So shall we safely conclude that Sonam’s sly comment was targetted towards DP?
