For someone who hated media attention at the start of her career and even went into hibernation for over two years, Chitrangada Singh's suddenly seems to have changed her mind. u00a0 She's taking on one filmy project after another and is talking to the media like we're her best buddies. Chitrangada talks to CS about her second innings in B-town and moving to Mumbai: All work... Yes, I am focussing on my career, and my perspective towards my work has changed post my comeback film, Yeh Saali Zindagi. And when you receive great feedback from industry friends and fans alike, you fall in love with your work all over again. I understand that I can't always remain as excited about my work as I am right now, but I'm enjoying the moment. And when you take your work seriously, you do end up making some big decisions. Superwoman, superstar Moving to Mumbai temporarily has been one of them. I concede that it is tough being away from family, but I'm learning to be a superwoman. I'm very fortunate to have a supportive family that's always been there for me. When a meeting or audition doesn't go well, I know I can call them up and say that I messed up, and they'll understand. I'm also very privileged to have a job that offers me flexibility I can pick and choose my projects and select my days of work. I don't have to be at work from 9 to 5, like other women who wear that crown. The tale of two cities Adjusting to the city has been extremely easy. I guess you like a place better when the people are nice to you. Mumbai's got great energy and it's fantastic to see so many creative minds coming together here. Our lives are usually restricted to our vanity vans and film sets, so it's always great to have a world outside of it too. The best part is that I can run back to Delhi whenever I want a break. That's a complete disconnect from my filmstar life. Being a married actress does increase your personal commitments, but I don't think it restricts your opportunities. That's been my story at least. No one's ever said that s/he can't cast me because I'm married. The industry is happy as long as you look desirable enough on screen and are serious about your work. Malaika (Arora Khan) is the perfect example. She's our star and the ultimate item girl.
