After extending support to the Jaipur franchise of Pro-Kabaddi &mdash; he owns the team Jaipur Pink Panthers &mdash; actor Abhishek Bachchan apparently has plans to start a kabaddi academy in the city.

Says a source, &ldquo;The actor&rsquo;s team recently won the professional kabaddi tournament and he is now all set to start a kabaddi academy in Jaipur. He is already in talks with the Rajasthan government for the same.&rdquo;
The source adds that the academy will mostly be named after the actor&rsquo;s team, Jaipur Pink Panthers. &ldquo;Though Abhishek is already talking to officials within the Rajasthan government, everything is at the planning stage right now. He will make an announcement only once things have been finalised,&rdquo; says a source close to the actor.
Interestingly, the actor recently expressed an interest in starting a women&rsquo;s kabaddi league in the future. Abhishek remained unavailable for comment.
