Amit Sadh, who made a mark as a Bollywood actor with Kai Po Che, confesses that this ongoing Bollywood journey has come with its share of ups and downs. From a lean period to this flourished day, he is blessed to be a part of Gold, his upcoming film with Akshay Kumar, Kunal Kapoor, and others. With a gradual step towards success, he is still basking in the success of his web series Breathe and has etched his name as a potential actor in the industry. How was your overall experience working on this film?
It was a tough film for me physically, to play hockey. I think I am very fortunate that Reema Kagti gave me this role. Generally, you get so typecast here, because you do intense roles nicely, then you are only offered such roles. This is totally different from what I have done before. To kind of envision me to do something like this, I really thank her, my casting director.
