On Monday, Badshah and Isha announced their separation in a joint social media statement, thereby putting an end to weeks of speculation surrounding their relationship. They have mutually decided to part ways and requested privacy while putting an end to further rumours.

The former couple took to the Stories section of their Instagram accounts and shared the statement confirming their separation, five months after reportedly getting married in an intimate ceremony in March. Badshah wrote, “I and Isha Rikhi have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time (sic).”
