Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan is receiving a lot of criticism from politicians and religious authorities for having Mustafizur Rahman, a Bangladeshi player, on his Kolkata Knight Riders IPL squad. A video of BJP MLA Nand Kishor Gurjar criticizing SRK and advising people not to watch his films has surfaced on social media. Additionally, he referred to the celebrity as a "jihadi suvar."

Gurjar added that he has learned that SRK paid Rs. 9.20 crore for a jihadi. If there are no players in India, the BJP MLA asked. Additionally, he said that people should switch the channel if SRK appears on television. They can express their affection for the nation in this way.
Gurjar went on to blame Shah Rukh Khan for all the ruckus in the country right now, "Shah Rukh Khan jo kiya hai, aaj pura desh mein bawaal ho raha hai.
