Sounds like a grand cameo

Akshay Kumar is set to reunite with filmmaker Neeraj Pandey after more than a decade with a special appearance in the upcoming RD Burman biopic, headlined by Farhan Akhtar. While details of Akshay’s role remain under wraps, industry sources suggest it will be a brief yet pivotal part that significantly impacts the narrative. We have learnt that Akshay came on board immediately after hearing the role, marking another collaboration with Neeraj after ‘Special 26’ (2013) and ‘Baby’ (2015). The biopic is expected to begin filming in September following extensive pre-production.
