John Abraham is down with flu and couldn't attend his close friend-cum-trainer Ziauddin Khatib's wedding on Monday night. But he wanted to send his good wishes across to the couple, so he requested his parents to attend the wedding and bless the couple on his behalf.

Ziauddin confirms, "I have known John for over seven years. He couldn't make it for my wedding since he was unwell so he sent his parents. He even called me and wished me personally. I am really fond of his parents and it was really nice to see them there on my big day." Ziauddin also trains Bipasha, who too wasn't able to attend either, as she is away in Goa shooting for All the Best. He says, "She too called and congratulated me. Probably after they're back, I shall have a small get-together."
