Nana Patekar's sudden demise has left the film fraternity and the nation in shock. The actor died in Goa at the age of 75 after suffering a cardiac arrest. After a post-mortem, his mortal remains will be taken to his Pune residence for his last rites. The veteran actor passed away when his family members were not present in Goa. Following his demise, his son, Malhar, arrived at a Goa hospital. 

Nana Patekar's son breaks down

The actor was initially taken to Manipal Hospital in Goa's Dona Paula, where he was declared dead. Since his death was a medico-legal case, his body was sent to Goa Medical College for a post-mortem examination. Nana’s son Malhar was seen arriving at the GMC mortuary on Thursday afternoon.
