If I am stressed out, it immediately shows on my skin. The oily skin type is very tricky to deal with as you have very little products in market to help you out. I try to restrict the use of products to the minimum and opt for natural therapies as much as I can. Nature's basket I use a mudpack twice or thrice a month to keep my skin oil free. Apart from that, clean-ups at home can be much more effective than the ones you get done in the parlour. My aunt prepares a pack that works wonders for my skin. Shine on I use a pre-makeup cream from Clinque to avoid oily skin post make-up. I cleanse and tone my skin twice a day. In the mornings, I use a sun block with SPF 30 and a lip balm with 15 SPF, as I am prone to tanning. At night, I sometimes use an oil free moisturiser to close my skin pores. I am also careful with the make-up brands that I use. Crystal clear I make sure that I drink at least three litres of water everyday. Even if I have oily food, I balance it by drinking lots of water as it clears the system. Apart from that, I drink green tea, which keeps my body detoxified.
