Prateik Babbar, who is now in Goa to shoot for Rohan Sippy's Dum Maro Dum, has contracted chicken pox. The young actor felt unwell as soon as he reached Goa and was soon diagnosed with the disease. He has been advised not to leave his hotel room as chicken pox is contagious. SO he can neither shoot nor go back home.

This came as a blow to the rest of the cast and crew of the film as everyone was ready to shoot. A few days of shoot had to be cancelled. However, Rohan has now reworked the schedule so that the other stars, including Bipasha Basu and Rana Daggubati can shoot and Prateik's scenes will be shot later. Apparently, doctors have assured Prateik and the crew that he will be fit enough to shoot in a few days' time.
