Pritish Nandy Communications' (PNC) feature film "Saluun" has been officially invited to premiere at the 33rd Cairo International Film Festival (CIFF) 2009 to be held Nov 10-Nov 20.

"This year CIFF will welcome the new generation of brilliant filmmakers from India by honouring Indian cinema. PNC's 'Saluun' represents the fresh breed of Indian filmmakers and it's a great pleasure for us to screen the movie at the festival," festival president Ezzat Abou Ouf said in a statement.

Produced under PNC's Guerilla Flicks banner, "Saluun" is the directorial debut of Nikhil Nagesh Bhat.
