He later suffered a brain stroke in 2020, which made his life difficult. Amid this, the actor recently gained limelight after he was spotted making reels with random internet creators. This left netizens shocked. He has now reacted to the reels and given a sharp reply to trolls.

In a statement on Instagram, Rahul Roy wrote, “I do my work with honesty and modesty. I have some legal matters to pay for, and these are not from today—they are from before the brain stroke happened."
