Security arrangements at the office and residence of filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma have been beefed up after he received a threat Thursday. Varma had got threats earlier also due to the content of his forthcoming crime saga &quot;Satya 2&quot;, which the promos showed. &ldquo;He is at the additional commissioner&#39;s office in Bandra presently. The security arrangements have been tightened at his house as well as office,&rdquo; a spokesperson of Varma, told IANS. <img alt="Ram Gopal Varma" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2012/oct/Ram-Gopal-Varma_2.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 536px;" /> Ram Gopal Varma Varma took to microblogging site Twitter to explain his position. &ldquo;On basis of an intercepted conversation, Mumbai police gave me security for various reasons, I can&#39;t divulge the contents of the threat,&rdquo; Varma posted on Twitter Thursday. However, Varma did not confirm whether the threat had anything to do with the film. &quot;For some important reasons, I cannot comment on whether or not this threat to me is related to the content of &#39;Satya 2&#39;,&quot; he said. &quot;Satya 2&quot; release date has been shifted from Oct 25 to Nov 8.
