The controversy surrounding Farhan Akhtar's Don 3 seems to be getting messier by the day. One of Bollywood's biggest disputes has now taken a legal turn after veteran film producer TP Aggarwal filed a legal petition challenging the authority of industry bodies to issue bans or non-cooperation directives against film professionals. The petition reportedly questions the recent action taken by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) against Ranveer Singh over his exit from Don 3.

TP Aggarwal, who has produced films like Love In Nepal and Red Alert The War Within, has reportedly filed a petition before the Bombay Civil Court at Dindoshi against film bodies. The petition names both FWICE and the Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) as respondents. According to reports, court notices have also been served to both organisations.
