He plays the role of a gangster in Ram Gopal Varma&rsquo;s upcoming film, but it looks like Puneet Singh Ratn is taking his role a bit too seriously. The actor apparently beat up his driver Yunus Shamshuddin Shiekh after he allegedly asked his boss to drive slow. <img alt="Ram Gopal Varma" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/aug/Ram-Gopal-Varma.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 433px;" /> Sources say Ratn along with an assistant director friend thrashed Yunus while driving through the lanes of Lokhandwala after he objected to the duo driving like maniacs. An onlooker says, &ldquo;In between shots, Puneet took his car along with an assistant director and was driving quite rashly. So much so that the car&rsquo;s ceiling apparently flew off. The driver got angry and reprimanded the actor and his friend. It didn&rsquo;t go down well with the two after which they decided to take matters into their hands.&rdquo; While Yunus&rsquo; father confirmed the incident, we heard that the driver had to seek medical help at a hospital and was initially planning to approach the cops. However Ratn denied our story, &ldquo;I was present in the car but I did not do anything. The fight started between the first AD and the driver. I don&rsquo;t know why they are dragging my name into the matter.&rdquo;
