Shilpa posted a barrage of tweets yesterday to express her ire:
>> Dread 2think wat normal people go thru. Wud NEVER send my ageing parents seeing @British_Airways apathy towards their flyers.
>> I rarely lose my temper, but even pranayama couldn’t save me or BA after waiting 1.5 hrs to check in. Just happy to be back home.. OM..mm????
>> Had an event 2 attend in mumbai tomw hence I made sure my staff made it or @British_Airways would be held responsible for me not showing up.
>> All @British_Airways travellers pls b warned u can be bumped off anytime even if u have confirmed seats.”
