The next time Shah Rukh Khan is in the mood to watch a movie, he won't have to step out of his house. The actor has built a state-of-the-art mini theatre on the premises of Mannat.

The select few who have seen the 45-seat theatreu00a0-- the latest addition to his palatial house -- can't stop raving about the sound system and the plush interiors.



King Khan's idea
A source close to the actor reveals, "The theatre was SRK's idea and Gauri took special interest in making it a reality. The seats recline back with the press of a button and are super-comfortable. There's also a popcornu00a0 machine that serves fresh refreshments."

Shah Rukh plans to have a trial for My Name is Khan in theatres early next month. Also his kids Aryaan and Suhana have been watching action and animation films in the theatre. "He built it for the kids. They love watching movies. Whenever he has time off, they head to the theatre and watch a movie. Since his next Ra1 is a SFX-laden film, he also plans to watch the rushes of it in the new theatre."
