There is a big Delhi connection behind the National Award for Rock On!! and Arjun Rampal's Best Supporting Actor award.


Apparently, Arjun's partner in the Delhi lounge bar LAP is a big politician, who has a lot of clout in the government and swung the votes in their favour.
