Tiwari had filed the suit after watching Sherawat&#39;s performance on television channels. He had made Sherawat and the management of the five-star hotel, where the event was held, respondents in the case. The court had issued summons to Sherawat last week to appear before it on Saturday. Since Sherawat did not remain present in the court, Tiwari sought issuance of a non-bailable warrant against her. However, after hearing the application, the court issued a bailable warrant against her. The actress had been issued summons in this case in the past as well. She had moved Gujarat High Court seeking quashing of the summons. However, her plea was dismissed and she was asked to approach the lower court.u00a0
