Over two decades after Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Darr hit theatres, the cult thriller has been rebooted as a five-part mini series with a contemporary touch—a take on cyber stalking. Y Films, a division of Yash Raj Films, released the teaser yesterday on their YouTube channel. Darr 2.0 is directed by Vikas Chandra, a Sundance Screenwriters Lab Fellow and Associate Creative Producer on YRF’s Detective Byomkesh Bakshy. Nikhil Taneja has written the story and also the screenplay and dialogues along with Shubham Yogi.
