Fitness helps me break the monotony of the day. It also helps me relax. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2010/jul/ANUJ.jpg" border="5" /> Another activity that I enjoy is cooking. I got hooked on to it because I have a taste for good Indian food. So when I am hungry, I dish out a quick meal. In fact, sometimes I even call friends over and cook for them. I also love dancing. Salsa is a great way of de-stressing so I whenever I am bored, I put on my dancing shoes.
