'Allegiant', the third instalment in 'The Divergent Series' will release pan India on April 1 -- but the end of the trilogy has been split into two parts.

The twist is that this third instalment will be split into two parts, where the first part will end with a cliffhanger, leaving the audience asking for more; and the second part of the film will be the fourth and final instalment, read a statement from PVR Pictures, which is distributing and marketing the movie in India.
