Los Angeles: Animated film "Cars 3" will feature new as well as returning characters with voice-overs from actors like Kerry Washington, Nathan Fillion, Lea DeLaria and Lewis Hamilton.

"We're introducing some fun and really appealing characters in 'Cars 3'. We really wanted to find the right voices to help us breathe life into them. We hit a home-run with this group. I couldn't be happier," Brain Fee, the film's director, said in a statement.
