Washington: Rob Reiner recently recalled how he taught Meg Ryan to properly fake an orgasm in the middle of New York City&rsquo;s Katz&rsquo;s Deli in the 1989 film When Harry Met Sally.

The 67-year-old director asserted that Ryan was nervous, since she was in front of crew members. He said that the first few times they shot the scene, Ryan couldn&rsquo;t perform too convincingly.
Reiner added that he then showed the actress how to fake an orgasm. And the rest, as they say is history.
