Los Angeles:&nbsp;'Trainwreck' star Amy Schumer nearly lost a leg during a day out surfing and recalled "blood" and "fat" oozing out of the gaping hole.

The 34-year-old actress was dangerously close to losing a chunk of her limb when the sharp edge of her board slammed into her, reported Vanity Fair.
"I skegged myself. My whole fin went into my leg, and I had to yank it out."
Schumer managed to make it to the shore and desperately called out to a "beautiful" man on the beach for help because "fat and blood" was oozing out of the gaping hole.
Recalling the frightening ordeal, she said: "I was by myself was like, 'I need you to hold my leg.' I was delegating. And he held my leg closed with his bare hands -&nbsp;just fat and blood coming out.
"I wish I knew who that guy was, because he saved my life, for sure. He had blue toenail polish and nail polish; he had long stringy hair. And I remember him being beautiful. Anyway, he held my leg closed."
It took 15 minutes for medical help to get to her. Schumer, who is dating Ben Hanisch, luckily walked away relatively unscathed as she just needed a few dozen stitches to close the hole in her leg, but was more "annoyed" by the ordeal and concerned she would have to "motivate" people with her survival story.
