Billy Bob Thornton has revealed that his former wife Angelina Jolie had told him about her double mastectomy surgery, long before she went public with it.

The 57-year-old actor told Life ‘n’ Style that when you’re great friends with somebody, you don’t want to hear it on the news, the Daily Express reported.
