BTS Jin spoke about turning 30 and not having stamina at Permission to Dance on Stage

While the jokes about BTSβs eldest member Jin turning 30 are common among Army and other group members, netizens realised the jokes are beginning to affect him, during his speech at the Permission to Dance on Stage online concert held on Sunday. As part of his speech Jin pointed out that he is turning 30 and doesnβt have as much energy as before. Β Army immediately came out in Jinβs support asking for the age shaming jokes to stop.

Jin said, βI made a mistake today and I hate myself when something like this happens. When we were touring we had stamina. Now that we donβt tour much, no matter how much we rehearse we canβt fit into the atmosphere of a concert. Iβm out of stamina and couldnβt keep up. Itβs unfortunate now that Iβm 30, my legs and body hurt. I want to tour and give my best before I turn Ill.β
