Catherine Zeta-Jones has checked into a mental health facility. The 41-year-old Oscar winner -- who remained by husband Michael Douglas' side throughout his recent cancer battle -- is seeking treatment for Bipolar II disorder. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/apr/jones.jpg" border="5" /> "After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check into a mental health facility for a brief stay," her rep tells sources in a statement. The actress will next appear in Playing the Field, opposite Gerard Butler, Dennis Quaid, Jessica Biel and Uma Thurman.
