<p>The 46-year-old "Chicago" star expressed her happiness while posting an old snap of her son on Instagram.</p>
<p>"My 'beautiful boy' is 16 today. I can't believe how blessed I am to be able to call you my son. I love you," the actress wrote.</p>
<p>Dylan is seen playing a guitar in the picture. Jones is also a mother of one daughter, Carys Zeta Douglas, 13, with her husband Michael Douglas. However, Dylan is their first child.</p>
