That&#39;s because the district attorney believes Brown violated his probation by submitting fraudulent reports about how much work he actually did. In one example from the district attorney, the singer allegedly was headed off to Cancun despite officially stating that he was picking up trash in Virginia. But the prosecutor did agree to reinstate Brown&#39;s probation, which was revoked last month as a result of an alleged hit-and-run incident in May, which was recently dismissed. The 24-year-old will now have several choices in terms of community service - he can work for Caltrans on highway cleanup, beach cleanup, probation alternative work services (PAWS) or graffiti removal, according to TMZ.u00a0
