David Schwimmer to return to Broadway

Friends star David Schwimmer and Oscar-nominated actress Amy Ryan are to team up on the Broadway stage for Lisa D' Amour's new play 'Detroit'.

D'Amour is both a 2011 Pulitzer Prize finalist for the play and a 2011 Steinberg Playwright Award winner for her body of work, reported Daily Star. Schwimmer and Ryan play a couple who attempt to bond with their new next-door neighbours.
Ryan is a regular on Broadway but Schwimmer hasn't been on the New York stage since his Broadway debut in 'The Caine Mutiny Court Martial' in 2006.
