The host-creator of 'America's Next Top Model', Tyra Banks, says the secret behind her successful career and business is the she "chases the passion and not money".

The 38-year-old media mogul, who will graduate from Harvard Business School this month, revealed that being vulnerable is okay because things don't always have to be perfect, reported Aceshowbiz.

"You have a drive that the average person does not have. I've just started to take care of myself, and you need to do that, too.

Don't chase the money, even if you want to be a banker. Chase the passion. Chase the dream. Strategy is my strength, but I have too much diversification," Banks said.
