Havana: Actress Alina Rodriguez, one of Cuba's top stars of stage and screen, died after a long struggle against cancer, media reports said on Tuesday. She was 63.

Recently honoured with multiple prizes on and off the island for her role as 'Carmela' in the 2014 film 'Conducta', Rodriguez rolled out a successful career that spanned more than 30 years and made her a perennial favourite with audiences and critics alike.
