Shepperton Studios experts created the &ldquo;light box&rdquo; to replicate the way the Sun&rsquo;s rays hit space-walking astronauts, and Clooney and the 49-year-old actress had to wear heavy suits based on NASA originals, with tight rubber &ldquo;restriction vests&rdquo;. The 52-year-old actor demanded a fully-stocked Polynesian-style Tiki bar to be set up in his trailer so he could treat fellow cast and crew members to exotic cocktails he mixed himself. Bullock, who ordered for a full-scale adventure play-ground, complete with bouncy castle, for her three-year-old son and a zen-style garden, said that it was murder and with their helmets it was terrifyingly the most claustrophobic experience of her life. Bullock said the experience felt like being driven to insanity and she has had nightmares ever since.
