Washington: Jennifer Aniston has shed light on how she manages to stay sane in crazy Hollywood, saying that she tries not to let things like paparazzi or tabloid headlines get to her.

The 45-year-old actress, who is engaged to actor Justin Theroux, continued saying that she keeps her near and dear one close to her and does not believe the hype that surrounds her, Fox News reported.
