Taylor Swift's holiday home in Rhode Island is making headlines for all the wrong reasons after what appears to be a human leg bone was discovered near her house. As per reports, police authorities at Westerly claimed that a call was made conveying the possibility of human remains being seen in the Watch Hill neighbourhood, which is quite near Taylor's house.
Human bones found near Taylor Swift’s Holiday house
According to local news outlet WJAR, when police probed the matter further at around 9:30 a.m., officials discovered what looked like human bones just two football fields away from Taylor Swift's holiday home. As per the residents of Westerly, it is quite unlikely to witness any such incident in the vicinity.
The Rhode Island Medical Examiner’s Office is currently in charge of this unusual incident. While the authorities believe that there is no foul play, a resident of Watch Hill thinks otherwise, as for her, it raises serious concerns about the safety of people in the area and possibly of a serial killer.
Day, while talking about the safety of the community, shared, “My mind immediately went to all the theories that are being thrown around. I’m more aware of my surroundings. I don’t go to places that are kind of dim or where I could be alone. Just trying to stay out in public and be vigilant.”
The Westerly Police Department Detective Division will continue this investigation to confirm that there isn't any foul play involved. Meanwhile, as per Us Weekly, Taylor Swift hasn't responded to the incident, despite being in close proximity to her Rhode Island home.
