Oscar winning actress Charlize Theron says she hates watching her own films. The 35-year-old actress, however, enjoyed watching her Oscar winning performance of a serial killer in the 2003 film Monster, reported Contactmusic. "I hate to see myself on screen. When I did Monster it wasn't too bad, because I didn't look like Charlize Theron," said Theron. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/may/Charlize.jpg" border="5" /> u00a0 The South African born beauty, who was also the producer of Monster, said that the low budget worked in favour of the film. "During the rough cut I had to watch a lot of my scenes over and over again. I would slit my wrists if I had to watch my other films that often. The fact that we didn't have money saved us, this way all seemed a lot more authentic. With a bigger budget we automatically would have used prosthetics, but fortunately we weren't able to afford more than false teeth," added Theron.
