Los Angeles: Actress Lindsay Lohan has sparked rumours she is enjoying a new romance after she was spotted kissing a mystery man in Italy.

The "Mean Girls" star made a trip to the country to attend the Ischia Film Festival, where she picked up an award, and on Tuesday, she was seen spending time on a yacht with a male companion, reports contactmusic.com.
