Jay Z, Beyonce Knowles turning vegans for next 22 days

Jay Z has announced on his blog that he and wife Beyonce have decided to embark on a 22-day vegan challenge for "spiritual and physical cleanse".

The 44-year-old rapper wrote that the couple decided to turn vegan when a good friend and vegan challenged him to embrace a ‘plant-based breakfast’ every day, the Washington Post reported.
