London: Johnny Depp and fiance Amber Heard are planning to tie the knot in a small low-key ceremony at his private island in the Bahamas.

An insider told the Daily Star that the couple will have an intimate ceremony barefoot on the beach in Little Hall's Pond Cay, Contactmusic reported.
