<p>The speculation that they kissed at a party thrown by Richie Akiva has fuelled the rumours the "Love Yourself" singer, 21, and the blonde model are dating, reported TMZ.</p>
<p>The pop star performed for 200 guests at the bash, held at a villa, before he apparently got intimate with Baldwin at the bar.</p>
<p>The model later confirmed she saw in 2016 with Bieber by her side by uploading a black-and-white photo to her Instagram account of her nuzzling into the "Sorry" hitmaker's neck.</p>
