<p>The 21-year-old "What Do You Mean" hitmaker and the eldest Kardashian sister were spending some quality time together at one of the popular joints, reported People magazine.</p>
<p>"He and Kourtney were nearly inseparable &iquest; smoking on the patio together and were super touchy feely," a source said.</p>
