Justin Bieber cancels show in Portugal

Justin Bieber is cancelling one of his two scheduled concerts this week in Portugal due to some unexpected circumstances, according to the venue's website.

Bieber, who is scheduled to perform in the Pavilhao Atlantico in Lisbon on March 11 and March 12, has cancelled his second show, TMZ.com reported
